Delivery

Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner within 3-5 working days. Delivery is by Royal Mail or a comparable UK carrier and typically arrives within 2-5 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.

UK postage is a flat rate of £3.95 per order, added at checkout. We only ship within the United Kingdom at this time.

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is complete. If you haven't seen anything after 7 working days, get in touch at hello@plumptonrevival.co.uk.

Returns & refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, email hello@plumptonrevival.co.uk with your order reference (starts pi_) and let us know what you'd like to return.

Once you've told us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. Please return them in unused, resaleable condition with any tags still attached. You cover the cost of return postage; we recommend a tracked service, as items lost in transit remain your responsibility until they reach us.

We'll refund the item price and the original outbound postage (up to the standard flat rate) within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same card used to pay.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order reference; we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
