The Love Bus Tour Takes Plumpton Revival on the Road

Before the big weekend lands in August, Plumpton Revival took to the road with The Love Bus — a two-day burst of music, performance and 70s festival energy.

Before the full Revival lands at Plumpton Racecourse this August, we decided to take a little piece of it on the road.

Enter: The Love Bus.

The Plumpton Revival Love Bus Tour brought two days of live music, roaming performance and good vibes to Brighton and Plumpton College, giving people a free taste of what's coming this summer.

The tour began on Friday 8 May in Brighton, with The Love Bus parked on New Road, opposite Theatre Royal, for an early evening session of music and atmosphere in the heart of the city.

Then on Saturday 9 May, the Revival rolled into Plumpton College for a full day takeover, with live performances from Who's Next, Samuel Ashton, Laurence Henderson Trio, Greg Coulson, Murdock and the Mortals, Kyle Brown, plus vinyl sounds from DJ Rik Taub and roaming energy from Wild Woods Workshops & Events.

At the centre of it all was the Love Bus itself — a 1968 Plaxton Panorama transformed into a mobile performance space.

This was never just a promo stop. It was a statement of intent.

Plumpton Revival is about more than putting on a festival. It is about reigniting a forgotten chapter of British music history and taking that spirit back out into the world — loud, colourful, communal and impossible to ignore.

The Love Bus has officially started the countdown.

Next stop: Plumpton Racecourse, 8–9 August 2026.
